Our Team

Elliot Shibley

Registered Landscape Architect (PA)

Landscape Architect with talent and diverse skills in urban development, commercial, residential and stormwater management with considerable depth of expertise in sustainable strategies for the natural environment. Projects range from small-scale streetscape revitalization efforts to large-scale mixed-use and community developments.

Mr. Shibley has over 5 years of experience in commercial, community, residential, and mixed-use developments. As a registered Landscape Architect, Mr. Shibley focuses on putting an idea onto paper. A thorough analysis of the property is conducted, and several iterations of conceptual designs are completed to flesh out the optimal usage of a site. From there, 3D renderings and animations are often utilized to help share the vision of the development or project. Once the design is complete, Mr. Shibley takes the project through the land development process and is proficient in stormwater & erosion and sediment control design. Presenting projects, preparing proposals, reviewing and analyzing township ordinances, and performing construction observations are a few of the other tasks Mr. Shibley completes on a regular basis.
