Summary

Integrated Development Partners, LLC (IDP) is thrilled to be a part of the revitalization projects in Downtown Hanover. Located at 34 Frederick Street in the heart of the Borough Square, this redevelopment of the old montgomery ward building will now allow for over 11,000 square feet of restaurant and/or retail space on the 1st floor with 14 luxury smart technology apartments on the 2nd Floor. The project sits in a dense retail and residential corridor with strong traffic counts to and from downtown Hanover and the suburbs, creating the perfect opportunity for any retailer or restaurant to enter the market.

In 2018, Rep. Kate Klunk (R-Hanover) announced that the building at 34 Frederick St., built in 1929, received a $1.4 million redevelopment grant, secured through the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program.

“This latest renovation project will provide much-needed updates to a long-blighted building in our downtown core,” Klunk said in a news release. “The success of this project will be a catalyst for redevelopment in our community, showing the promise for the future of downtown Hanover.”
