Integrated Development Partners, LLC (IDP) is thrilled to be a part of the revitalization projects in Downtown Hanover. In 2018, Rep. Kate Klunk (R-Hanover) announced that the building at 34 Frederick St., built in 1929, received a $1.4 million redevelopment grant, secured through the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program.
“This latest renovation project will provide much-needed updates to a long-blighted building in our downtown core,” Klunk said in a news release. “The success of this project will be a catalyst for redevelopment in our community, showing the promise for the future of downtown Hanover.”
