A small high-end residential community is coming to Silver Spring Township.

Lynwood Estates at 38 Woods Drive will consist of 20 new single-family homes. Home prices are expected to start at $450,000 at the residential development, which is less than a mile from the Walden residential community and about a mile from the Carlisle Pike. The development also has nine acres of dedicated open space that is currently wooded. Plans for the future open space are still being decided by the developer, Wormleysburg-based Integrated Development Partners.
